Fifteen-plus years charting destination sales, partnerships, and external relations — now setting a course for Baltimore.
I'm currently Senior Director of External Relations at Visit Annapolis & Anne Arundel County, where I lead sales, services, partnerships, and communications for the organization — the same functions the Chief Sales Officer role would own at Visit Baltimore, at destination-marketing scale.
Before that, I directed sales, services, and partnerships for Explore York PA and Sport York, managing a $2 million annual budget while growing visitation and hotel room-night demand across target markets. My path started in event coordination and has moved, step by step, into executive destination-sales leadership.
Next port of call: Baltimore, Maryland.
Kireem Swinton became Visit Baltimore's permanent President & CEO in April 2026, promoted from VP of Sales & Customer Experience — the very function this role leads. I understand the continuity he's building on.
Downtown Baltimore has lost roughly 6.6% of its hotel supply since March 2025. I'd bring creative room-block strategy to work around that constraint, not avoid the conversation about it.
A $1 billion modernization proposal is moving through the state, aiming to close the gap with peer cities investing similarly in their own convention infrastructure.
SAIL250 Maryland and the upcoming Harborplace redevelopment are real catalysts. I see both as sales opportunities to build toward, not just spectator events.
